Do I get a certificate?

Yes, all Leafy Green Agency seminars include a seal certificate of completion. Every month, expect new material sent via email to help you grow and improve your knowledge base. We do recommend that graduates update their resume to include their most recent certification under the education/skills section.


Does my certification work in other states?

Yes, Leafy Green Agency certifications are accepted as professional achievements/technical training in medical and recreational states. Some states may require additional certification.


How long can I access a course that I purchase?

You’ll have access to all courses that you purchase for one year from the course purchase date.


When can I access a course after I purchase it?

You’ll have instant access to the courses you purchase. Since all courses are self-paced, you can log in and work through the materials when it’s convenient for you. Any tests or in-course requirements that are time-sensitive will be specifically marked as such (e.g., state-approved Responsible Vendor Training course exams).


Can I take a course on my mobile device?

You can take the course on an iOS device with the Teachable app available for free download from Apple's App Store. Otherwise, log in and take your course on a desktop or laptop computer to avoid technical issues that may prevent you from accessing the course content. You can find the Teachable app here, and you can get tips on using it from Teachable Support here.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases made on this website are not refundable once the educational content has been accessed. If you request a refund prior to accessing the content of the purchased course, you’ll receive a refund of your payment to Leafy Green Agency minus the fees paid to the learning platform and payment processor.
